We deliver products Australia wide using TNT. Shipping costs are $10 + GST for orders under $100 and $20 + GST for orders over $100, which will be calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

Shipping times are estimated at 2-3 weeks for Medicon for instruments in stock. With over 10,000 instruments online, we can't stock them all. All Medicon instruments are handmade in Germany under strict quality assessment guidelines. All products must meet these standards before they can be sent to NSC. The stocked range of Medicon, Sharn and sterilisation baskets will be anticipated at 1 week.

Medicon ship our orders to us twice a month (the 7th and 20th of every month), so if a product is in stock, we can guarantee that you will receive your order within 2-3 weeks. However, if the item is not in stock (usually specialty items), then it could take up to 12 weeks. With recent requirements to meet MDR (Medical Device Regulations) in Europe, and a global shortage of raw materials; some instruments are taking longer for production. If you contact us before placing an order, we can let you know the timeframe of your items. Once your order is placed, a Customer Service representative will contact you to let you know when your order will be despatched.

NSC will despatch the items once received and this will take between 1-5 business days to arrive, depending on where you are located within Australia.
