The Medicon Castroviejo corneal scissors are used to enlarge corneal incisions during cataract extraction surgery, or to enlarge the corneal incision in keratoplasty procedures, or cut the scleral and trabecular tissue in trabeculectomy procedures. They are available with the blades curved slightly, curved strongly and angled upwards.
